Terms of Use

Table Tennis Ratings Asia (TTRA) · Last updated 2 November 2026

TTRA (Table Tennis Ratings Asia) is owned and operated by Sports Analytics Asia Labs (202603249925 (AS0522028-V)) ("TTRA", "we", "us"). By using TTRA you agree to these terms. If you manage a junior player's account, you agree to them on the player's behalf.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Players under 18 should be managed by a parent or guardian.

Accurate identity and details

You must give your true name, date of birth and identity document, and your honest highest level played. Entering under a false identity, holding more than one record, or claiming someone else's record is not allowed, and may lead to removal of results, rating changes being reversed and a ban from TTRA-sanctioned events. Your full identity number is never shown publicly or made searchable.

Tournaments and entries

Tournaments are run by approved organisers under the TTRA rules. Entry fees are paid to the organiser, and refunds are the organiser's decision. When you enter, you agree to the TTRA rules in force for that tournament.

Results, ratings and rankings

Results recorded by organisers are used to calculate official ratings and rankings under the TTRA rules. TTRA may correct a result or rating where it was wrong. Ratings and rankings are TTRA's own measure and are not a guarantee of selection for any team or event.

Who can use TTRA

Anyone can view tournaments and rankings. To enter tournaments you need an account; players under 18 are entered and managed by a parent or guardian.

Withdrawals and refunds

Each organiser sets their own withdrawal and refund rules and collects fees directly. Ask the organiser first; TTRA does not hold or refund entry fees.

Playing at your own risk

Table tennis is a physical sport. You take part at your own risk and should only play when fit to do so. Venues, safety and first aid on the day are the organiser's responsibility.

Photos and media

Organisers may photograph or film matches. If you upload a profile photo, you confirm you may use it and allow TTRA to show it with your profile.

TTRA's content

The TTRA name, logo, rating method, software and design belong to TTRA. You may share your own profile and results, but not copy or resell the service or its data.

Fair use

Do not misuse TTRA: no attempts to access other people's data, copy the service, overload it or interfere with how it works.

Our responsibility

We work to keep TTRA accurate and available but cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, TTRA is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits rights you have under Malaysian law.

Suspension

We may suspend or close an account, or remove results, for fraud, false identity, abuse of other users or breach of these terms. Where we can, we will tell you why and let you respond.

You agree to cover us

If your breach of these terms or false information causes TTRA a claim or loss, you agree to cover it, to the extent the law allows.

Links to organisers' forms and other sites are provided for convenience; TTRA is not responsible for them.
